Shipping and Delivery:

• Ships from Paragon Clothing within 1 - 5 days of your confirmed order (and often the same day), plus delivery time.
• Replaceable if Paragon advised of defect within 14 days.
• If replacement is not possible (at Paragon’s discretion), then product is refundable for credit to your Paragon account if returned unused and unaltered within 14 days.
• Must first contact us by e-mail at info@paragonclothing.ca, to receive authorization, and return delivery instructions.
• Your account will not be credited if you do not receive written confirmation from us for return authorization.

ORDERING POLICY:

• ONCED LOGGED IN, finding the item you are looking for on ParagonClothing.ca is simple. You can look something up by using the item's SKU number, by product name, size, color, pattern, or any relevant keyword that will help our search engine find what you are looking for. You can also browse our website by category or visit our custom collections and promotions. Each section will feature our newest and hottest products.
The choice is yours, you can visit our site with a specific item in mind or just find something while you are browsing. Once you find an item that appeals to you, just click on the item to view the Product Detail Page. The next page will give you a full description, helping you make the final decision to complete your purchase.
• How to Place An Order:
1. Browse and search for the items you'd like to order and add them to your cart as you go.
2. When you're ready to purchase, please go to your shopping cart and fill in address information to estimate tax and shipping rates. Here is where you can also use gift certificates or redeem a promotional coupon.
3. Click "Proceed to Checkout", then login or register an account.
4. Confirm or enter your Billing and Shipping information along with the Shipping Rate.
5. When you're ready to complete your order, click the "Submit Order" button and you will be directed to our payment page.
6. All orders shipped to an address that is different than your billing address will be subject to fraud verification.
7. The "Thank You - We've Received Your Order" page confirms we will begin processing your order shortly.
• Ordering by Phone
Ordering online is safe and secure however, we do understand that not everyone is comfortable with this method of shopping. We will gladly accept your order by phone. • Coupons Codes & Promotional Offers
Many promotional offers or coupons will be automatically applied during the checkout, but some require you to enter a promotion or a coupon code at checkout. If you have a valid promotion or coupon code, simply enter it when prompted during the checkout process and it will be applied to your order. If the code does not work, it may have been entered incorrectly, or it may have expired. Some promotion or coupon codes cannot be combined with other promotion or coupon codes; please refer to the specific promotion for any restrictions.
• How Tax Is Calculated
All applicable provincial tax rules apply and all tax rates are set according to the shipping destination.
• Oversize Charges (if applicable)
Kindly note that sizes 48 - 52 are subject to a 15% Oversize Charge. Sizes 54 - 60 are subject to a 25% Oversize Charge.
• Out Of Stock Items and Wishlist
For orders that include items which are out of stock, you may add to your wishlist. You will be notified when product becomes available.
